Mrs. Lana Al-Ayyar has a strong background of over 20 years in Management, Establishment & Development of Business Networks with various local and international governments and private sector entities. Holding a strong and sharp leadership character, Mrs. Al-Ayyar leads Al Rayan Holding Company towards success and triumph on providing quality education within the reach of every learner a reality.  

Holder of Bachelor Degree in Commerce & Finance from Kuwait University, she worked with National Offset Company and the Ministry of Finance in Kuwait prior to joining Al Rayan.

Arun Choudhary Radha Krishan
Chief Financial Officer & Head Strategy

Mr. Choudhary joined Al-Rayan Holding Company in 2019. A professionally qualified Finance Leader with more than two decades of solid multi-disciplined background, Mr. Choudhary holds a proven record of accomplishment in leadership, business turnaround and strategic decision-making.

His areas of expertise include Strategic Financial Planning, Board Matters, Mergers & Acquisitions, IFRS, Risk Management & Mitigation, Valuation, Supporting growth and business plans, business development and strategy and project finance.

Prior to joining Al-Rayan Holding Company, Mr. Choudhary was the Chief Financial Officer at United Capital Transport Company (Part of KIPCO Group) and before that he worked with leading international organizations like Ernst & Young, Deloitte, Rasameel Structure Finance and McKinsey Company

Mr. Choudhary is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from the Delhi University.

Moncy Thomas Chirayil
Senior Manager - HR & Administration

Mr. Moncy Thomas joined Al Rayan Holding Company as Manager, HR and Administration Department in July 2020. He brings in more than 25 years of HR experience, with a wide range of exposure to global practices such as Competency Mapping, Balanced Score Cards, Recruitment & Talent Management, Designing and Implementation of HR policies & procedures.

Prior to joining Al Rayan, Mr. Moncy worked as HR Manager at KAMCO Invest, a KIPCO Group company.

Graduated from University of Kerala, India (Bachelor of Science - Mathematics), also have many certifications in HR related subjects.

Muhammed Ashkkar Maliackal
Manager - Procurement & Material Management

Mr. Muhammed Ashkkar joined Al Rayan Holding Company in 2019. Professionally qualified procurement specialist with 18 plus years of solid multi-disciplined background and proven record in steering process improvement initiatives with focus on streamlining & managing operations with proactive planning.

Prior to joining Al-Rayan, Mr. Ashkkar worked as Buying Manager at Kuwait Agro, Kuwait Airways Corporation, KFH, Humaizi Group and Al Yasra.

Mr. Ashkkar holds a Bachelor Degree in Science from Calicut University, India.

Linz Krishna Kumari Sarvanjan
Manager – Information Technology

Mr. Linz Krishna, an employee at Al-Rayan Holding Company since 2008 is the Manager of Information Technology Department. An IT Professional with more than 20 years of experience, his area of expertise includes, but not limited to, Project Management, Database & Network Management Design, Enterprise Resource Planning, IT Strategic Solutions and Software Engineering.

Before joining Al-Rayan Holding Company, Mr. Linz Krishna worked as the IT Specialist at HIGTCo, Kuwait, and Aptech Computer Education, India.

Mr. Linz, holder of Master’s Degree in Commerce (Finance) from University of Kerala, India, is also a Microsoft Certified (MCITP, MCTS, MCSA) and CISCO certified professional.

Mahmoud Hamad Fahad Al-Juwaied
Manager - Public Relations

Mr. Mahmoud Al-Juwaied joined Al-Rayan Holding Company as Public Relations Manager in 2019.  A resourceful leader with over 20 year of experience in virtually every aspect of public relations including Ministries and multi-diversified Governmental Institutions.

Mr. Al Juwaied has demonstrated his ability in developing new and existing relationships with high-level officials with his strong and persuasive interpersonal skills.
